Administration/Customer Service Advisor
A fantastic starting salary from between £16,000 to £17,000
Jaybee Supplies has been supplying workwear and PPE throughout Pendle and Yorkshire for the last 6 years. Due to continued expansion the company has forecast an additional 30% growth in 2019. To achieve this we need a conscientious and hardworking individual to support both the sales and purchasing department.
As an administration/Customer service advisor you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with customers to give them updates about their orders
- Using Sage to input orders and generate related paperwork (full training will be provided)
- Communicating effectively with the different departments within the business
- Supporting the sales staff with pricing and customer enquiries
- Ensuring customers deadlines are achieved.

Candidates with the following experience/attributes will be suitable:
- Experience in dealing with customers preferably over the phone and face to face
- Good IT skills
- Organised, methodical with an attention to detail
- Good communication skill and a team player
- Reliable and consciences
