Ryan is our factory manager and is responsible for arranging staff and overseeing the day and back shifts. He is also responsible for ensuring all logos meet the clients expectations and are always of the highest quality.
Ryan liaises closely with Rachel on a day to day basis to ensure work is distributed effectively to meet customer due dates.
The Jaybee team has increased 3 fold since Ryan started over 5 years ago so his work load has massively increased, however he usually manages to remain calm and collected with only the odd wobble ?
