Back Shift Supervisor
Jaybee Supplies has been supplying workwear and PPE throughout Pendle and Yorkshire for the last 6 years. Due to continued expansion we have forecast an additional 30% growth in 2019. To achieve this we need a conscientious and hardworking individual to oversee the permanent back shift.
As embroidery supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the activity on the back shift this is to include:
- Managing the back shift staff in the absence of the production manager
- Ensuring the production targets are met and mistakes are kept to a minimum
- Setting up and operating of embroidery machines
- Training new staff on machines and overseeing their activity
